New Cardio Tennis Weekly Sessions
We are thrilled to introduce our new Cardio Tennis weekly sessions on Tuesdays from 8-9pm and Fridays from 12pm-1pm.
Cardio Tennis is a high-energy, group fitness activity that combines tennis drills with heart-pumping cardio, offering a fun and dynamic way to get fit while improving your tennis skills.
Mini-Tennis & Junior Tennis Player of the Month Awards
We’re excited to introduce our new ‘Mini-Tennis’ and ‘Junior Tennis’ Player of the Month Awards! Each month, we’ll recognize players who show outstanding dedication and commitment to improving their tennis skills. Keep an eye out for our monthly winners!
Skipping Challenge
This term, our juniors will participate in a Skipping Challenge as part of their training. We encourage everyone to practice at home too, as the leading scores will be displayed in the clubhouse.
Skipping is an excellent cardio workout that enhances endurance, increases lung capacity, and improves on-court speed and agility. It’s a simple yet powerful tool for reaching peak physical condition, so we hope our juniors embrace the challenge!
Start Your Own Group Coaching
If you and a group of friends (3 or more players) are looking to start regular group coaching sessions, we’re offering a free trial session to help get you started. It’s a fun and effective way to improve your skills together.
